An Important Notice About Privacy
Your healthcare is personal, and Einstein takes the confidentiality and security of your personal health information very seriously. In addition, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protects your privacy, giving you rights over your health information and setting rules and limits on who can see it. To maintain your trust and ensure your privacy is protected, we have partnered with a third party healthcare firm, HealthCare Strategies, Inc. (outside the Einstein system), to administer our wellness program and provide services to you. Einstein will not see the individual health information you share as part of your participation in the Healthy Steps program. Instead, HealthCare Strategies will present Einstein with reports that contain only group health data, which combine the data from all participants. Einstein will only know if you have participated for payroll deduction purposes.
